He has decades of experience guiding organizations through mergers, acquisitions, launches, awareness campaigns, business building and challenging and high-pressure situations.

Specializing in reputation management, Charles is known for his strategic clarity, innovative and quick response, and a deep understanding of what it takes to build a corporate brand in Canada.

He has extensive issues and crisis management expertise.

As a former journalist, he has an understanding of the Canadian media landscape and is a seasoned media trainer.

Timothy Egan

Timothy M. Egan specializes in creating and implementing sophisticated public affairs strategies for corporate leaders. He has experience in a variety of primary and secondary industrial sectors, with a focus on resource industries and a particular expertise in energy. He also does extensive work in the not for profit sector.

In December 2025, Timothy stepped down as the President and CEO of the Canadian Gas Association (CGA), after over 15 years leading the organization. Throughout his time at the CGA, he was noted for his outspoken advocacy for natural gas, for the gas sector, and for Canada's energy industry. His leadership roles also included serving as President of CGA Enterprises Inc., Chair of the Natural Gas Innovation Fund (NGIF) Capital Corporation, and Publisher of the journal, Energy Regulation Quarterly.

Timothy's expertise is recognized internationally; he has represented Canada on the International Gas Union (IGU) Executive Committee and has served as the Regional Coordinator for North America of that organization. A lawyer by training (LLB, BCL McGill, and called to the Ontario Bar in 1995), he is founder and President of the Public Affairs firm the High Park Group (HPG), and a principal at Black Oak Strategies.

Barbara has extensive research experience with particular focus on Canadian energy and environmental policy, and Canadian social policy. She works with clients to create content that articulates their projects clearly and effectively. She is a graduate of St. Michael's College at the University of Toronto.
